THE CLAIM RIGHT
A completed paid claim or accepted founder/gift claim grants the holder the exclusive, indefinite, non-transferable contractual right to control the user-content capsule assigned to the specified canonical minute, subject to these Terms, the Content Policy, applicable law, moderation decisions, and continued operation of Claim a Minute.
WHAT IT IS NOT
A claim does not convey ownership of time itself, the domain, software, trademarks, or third-party intellectual property. It is not an investment, security, token, NFT, or tradeable property.
PRICE AND RECURRENCE
The public V1 price is €2 for one minute in one payment. There is no yearly renewal merely because the calendar year changes.
CONTENT AND MODERATION
Owners must have rights to their content and follow the Content Policy. Claim a Minute may keep content private, hide it, remove it, or revoke a claim for severe or repeated abuse. Hiding content does not automatically release a minute for sale.
REFUNDS
Refund and consumer-withdrawal language will be finalized after provider, tax, and legal review. A refunded or revoked minute is not automatically placed back on sale before the payment and policy state is final.
ARCHIVE EFFORT
If Claim a Minute permanently shuts down, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve the existing public collection as a read-only archive or export. Continued operation forever is not guaranteed.
